Adept USA Marks 25th Churchill Downs Deployment

Adept USA is marking a milestone in its work with Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI): Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming became the 25th CDI property to operate the Adept Mobile Dispatch System (AMDS).

Located in Calvert City, Kentucky, Marshall Yards opened on February 25, 2026. Adept’s team was on site to support the system’s deployment for the property’s opening.

AMDS automatically routes operational alerts to the employees responsible for responding, helping floor teams coordinate service requests and prioritize work. Managers gain visibility into guest service and employee performance, supporting more informed decisions throughout the day.

For multi-property operators, AMDS provides a consistent approach to dispatch and service tracking while allowing individual locations to configure assignment rules, zones, and service priorities around their operational needs.
