Automated Drink Alerts at the Slot Machine

Adept Drink Alert System is an extension of AMDS that integrates with the casino management system to automatically generate drink service alerts directly from the slot machine and dispatch them to beverage staff handhelds in real time. This helps eliminate the need for players to flag down a server and reduces the need for beverage teams to walk the floor on rounds.
